Throughout her career, Kellie has contributed to her expertise by developing, implementing, and streamlining policies and procedures that facilitate noticeable improvements. She is credited with structuring a company founded on one residential client to offering employment security to over 30 employees with solid expansion plans for the future. Kellie brings a sincere passion for coaching and mentoring women to recognize their capabilities and opportunities. By employing an entrepreneurial philosophy, she built a thriving business through the belief that an honest day's work will bring to you natural rewards. This proved to be the cornerstone of the rapid, leadership-focused path she would forge with such companies as UPMC, Phillips-Respironics, Prudential Real Estate and Suncrest Homes, Inc. As a powerful and supportive female leader, she overcame the challenge of "climbing the corporate ladder" in a traditionally male-dominated industry. As a leader in her company Kellie recognizes that continuing education is a large component to the growth of any organization. Certified as a Women's Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise she has positioned her company for new opportunities in commercial cleaning. As an active member of International Sanitary Supply Association and Building Service Contractors Association International, Kellie is dedicated to continual improvement and lifelong learning which is demonstrated through her achievements in building an accomplished corporation. She is a lifelong learner who continually stays abreast of current industry trends through the completion of multiple training courses, seminars, conferences, and self-study.

Committed to bringing education and opportunity to all levels in her company, she produces monthly educational newsletters, holds monthly safety meetings and organizes yearly meetings with guest speakers from Pennsylvania's Labor and Industry Council. These actions coupled with daily communication between her Director of Quality Control and her employees, supports notable results throughout her career.

As an alumnus of Plum Senior High class of 1986, Kellie then continued her education at Boyce Community College majoring in business. Identifying her entrepreneurial spirit early, she launched her career as a small business owner, where she recognized her purpose in life and established her position early on as a leader with a clear focused direction for advancements within her industry.
