Manage It, Inc. trains our employees per facility so that our teams understand
the individual needs in your building. Specialized training is part of the
benchmark in our business. Each company’s needs are as different as
the companies themselves.
Manage It, Inc. offers team cleaning, with our own equipment and products.
We use only environmentally friendly products which go hand in hand with
our “clean for health” approach. Each crew has a working supervisor
with them. All of our new employees spend their first weeks working directly
with our training person and their direct supervisor. Whatever time is necessary
is spent on training. That is a key foundation of our company. Once our
new teammate has been trained, she (or he) is placed on a team where the
supervisor monitors their performance.
What Do We Do That Makes Us Special?
We do random "spot checks". This is where a quality control supervisor
checks on the facility to ensure that work is done to the utmost satisfaction
of both the client and ourselves. This allows us to perform top quality
work across the board and provide our clients with uniform satisfaction
every time we perform. We take pride in work well done and a satisfied client.
Our supervisors are always on their toes, knowing their work must compare
favorably to other supervisor and their teams. Some happy competition works
out well to both business and customer.
Current MSDS (material safety data sheets) are
clearly visible & organized for all inspections.
